GARBE Institutional Capital has successfully secured two new lease agreements and extended an existing one on behalf of its Science & Technology Real Estate Fund #1 for the ‘The Einstein’ building at the Leiden Bio Science Park.
HALIX BV will occupy office space and parking facilities. A second new tenant has signed a lease agreement for office and warehouse space, including associated parking facilities. Additionally, the lease agreement with Cell Signaling Technology Europe BV has been extended. All three companies are active in the life sciences sector.
In 2024, ‘The Einstein’ underwent an extensive maintenance program, including sustainability investments aimed at energy savings. Currently, the entrance of the building’s right wing is being renovated.
These new lease agreements reflect the flourishing tenant market at the Leiden Bio Science Park, where new international tenants are establishing themselves and existing growth companies are seeking expansion space.
RBM Real Estate and JLL represented GARBE Institutional Capital for the letting. The last 700 m² of space is available suitable as office and/or laboratory space.
